3. Orders & Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Shopify's payment gateway. No payment details are stored by GenVisium.
• Your order is confirmed upon payment. You will receive an email with next steps and instructions.

4. Delivery & Revisions

• Your visuals will be delivered digitally within the time specified in your chosen pack (usually 2–5 business days).
• Each pack includes a number of revisions, as described in the offer. Extra revisions may incur additional costs.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain full rights to the visuals we create for your brand or products.
• We reserve the right to display anonymized samples of our work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of our service, all sales are final. However, if you're not satisfied, we encourage you to reach out so we can make it right via revisions or support.

7. Limitation of Liability

GenVisium shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service purchased.
